Estes Park
Mountain town, lake and eastern gate of the Rocky Mountain Park.
Stanley Hotel, Lake Estes and Estes Park Aerial Tramway are the most telling landmarks of Estes Park. Together, they make up a destination where mountain reliefs, shores and lakes, urban life and natural spaces meet, with atmospheres that change over the stages rather than just one uniform decor.

Place indismissible
Stanley Hotel

Lake
Lake Estes
Lake Estes softens the landscape Estes Park with a loop at the edge of the water, reflections of mountains and simple activities such as kayaking or fishing. The site is well suited to the quieter moments of the stay, when you want to stay close to the city without leaving the Alpine decor.

Nature and landscape
Estes Park Aerial Tramway
I'm not sure what I'm doing.Estes Park Aerial Tramway climbs above the city towards Prospect Mountain, gradually opening the view of the valley and the peaks of the National Park. The experience is as much due to the suspended journey as to the final panorama, which is legible even for travellers who do not plan a great hike.

Nature and panorama
Lumpy Ridge
Lumpy Ridge aline of the granite domes and needles north of the dome Estes Park, in an area appreciated by climbers and hikers. The trails are less lakeside than in the heart of the park: there is rather bare rock, pines spaced, views of Long Peaks and carved reliefs.
