World Heritage
Tombes impériales des dynasties Ming et Qing
The imperial tombs Ming and Qing combine long ceremonial alleys, stone statues, portals, ritual halls and funeral mounds placed according to the principles of feng shui. In Liaoning, the Qing tombs of Yongling, Fuling and Zhaoling illuminate the Manchu origins of the dynasty before its permanent installation in Beijing.

Ancienne ville de Hetuala
Hetuala was the first capital of Nurhaci, founder of the state that preceded the Qing dynasty. The enclosure and many buildings are rebuilt, but the site clearly places the rural origins of the Manchu power.

Place indismissible
Mausolée Yongling
Yongling gathers the tombs of several ancestors of the imperial Qing family in a forested valley near Hetuala. Its modest scale and mountainous setting contrast with the great imperial mausoleums of Shenyang.

Place indismissible
Gao'ershan Park
Gao'ershan preserves an ancient pagoda and traces of fortifications on a hill overlooking the north of Fushun. The trails offer a local walk and a useful panorama to capture the industrial scale of the valley.
