Gstaad and Saanenland
Elegant alpine valley between chalets, pastures, small resorts, gentle hikes and access to Pays-d'Enhaut.
The discovery of Gstaad and Saanenland revolves around Gstaad, Saanen and Lauenensee. The stay thus alternates between the mountain reliefs, the countryside and the natural spaces, which gives a concrete picture of the destination beyond its only best known site.

For a stay of 2 to 5 days, it is better to balance visits and travel times. To anticipate also: high prices and chic resort atmosphere. The trip can be organised without a car if the drop point and local connections are selected in advance. Accessibility varies from site to site and deserves to be checked step by step.

Place
Gstaad
Gstaad combines alpine and valley lifestyles: sober facades, pedestrian routes, local shops and views in the background of relief. The contrasts between quiet areas and lively passages give an accurate picture of the local rhythm. The place reads well when you stay on a main axis and then you move towards a more residential area.
Place
Saanen
Saanen kept a sober village center, made of old chalets, dark wooden facades and alleyways that breathe slower than Gstaad. The church, barns and discreet signs give a peaceful stop, particularly pleasant to feel the Saanenland off the station decor.
Nature
Glacier 3000
The Glacier 3000 lives through its transitions: ascent, wind blow, and terrain lines that open or close the view according to the weather. The relief gives an almost serial reading of the planes, from the bottom to the heights. The fairest experience is built by providing observation breaks, not running from one point to another.
