The Nouveau château d’Alūksne overlooks a landscaped park near the great lake, with a neo-Gothic silhouette made of towers and clear facades. The municipal museum places the city in its history, while the driveways of the park lead to the shores and the old perspectives of the estate.

The Colline du Temple occupies a wooded peninsula opposite the islands of Lake d Alūksne Between pavilions, trails and panoramic tour, the tour plays on sudden openings to the water, the city roofs and the forests that close the horizon.
