Baotou and Wudangzhao
Industrial town of the Yellow River connected to a large Tibetan monastery and pastoral landscapes of the north.
The discovery of Baotou and Wudangzhao is based on Wudangzhao Monastery, Xilamuren Prairie and Baotou Museum. The stay thus alternates between urban life, heritage, countryside and mountain reliefs, giving a concrete picture of the destination beyond its only best known site.

Wudangzhao spreads its white buildings on a valley of the Yin Mountains and remains one of the main Tibetan monasteries of Inner Mongolia. The different rooms meet by stairs; plan a day with the journey from Baotou.

Prairie de Xilamuren
Xilamuren is a steppe area for pastoral stays north of Baotou and Hohhot. The experience is very organized; it is better to choose serious accommodation and get out of the big camps to appreciate the landscape.
