Colourful salt lakes, yardangs and desert trails make up a spectacular but very dispersed area.
Lake Emerald of Dachaidan, Salt Lake of Xiaochaidan and Yardangs of the Qaedam give the most telling landmarks of Dachaidan and Qaedam lakes.
