Calaway Park
Calaway Park is setting up its rides at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, west of Calgary, on a more family scale than the major North American resorts. Vortex, the exciting attractions and the areas for young children allow to share the day without imposing a level of sensations. The park works mostly as a summer trip from Calgary and requires a car.

The Calgary Tower places the city centre under the feet, with a circular view of the skyscrapers, the Bow River and, in clear weather, the Rockies to the west. The glazed floor adds a more physical sensation to the visit, especially to measure the vertical density of a Prairie-born city.

Studio Bell
Studio Bell, headquarters of the National Music Centre, mixes curved architecture, historical instruments, studios and exhibitions dedicated to Canadian music. It includes guitars and synthesizers, from archives to listening spaces, in a building that makes Calgary sound differently than its oil city image.

Heritage Park Historical Village
Heritage Park Historical Village is a multi-period Canadian West with houses, shops, workshops, steam train and costumed personnel. The tour works particularly well with the family, as the buildings cross, the machines move and the story takes the form of a street, a railway station or a inhabited kitchen.
