Clingmans Dome
Clingmans Dome, now officially named Kuwohi, places the look above the undulating ridges of the Great Smoky Mountains. The ramp towards the panoramic tower is short but steep, and the finish discovers layers of blue mountains, often caught in the mist. In clear weather, the rising or the end of the day gives the reliefs a spectacular depth without excessive crowds.

Cades Cove
Cades Cove is an isolated valley in the heart of the Smokies, with ruins of farms, framed access roads and visible wildlife at the detour of the roads. It is seen both the old rural world and the natural setting of the park, making it a very structural stop.
