Small island without cars, very suitable for walkers, with cliffs, quiet paths, dark sky and access by boat.
To understand what Sark is, you have to look at La Coupe, Sark Henge and Sark Lighthouse. These places give us a view of a territory marked by island landscapes, the coastline, natural areas and the countryside and allow us to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.

For a stay of 2 to 4 days, it is better to balance visits and travel times. Also to be anticipated: access by boat and relief and roads not adapted to certain mobilitys. The trip can be organised without a car if the drop point and local connections are selected in advance. However, some sites require more walking, elevation or preparation.

La Coupée connect Sark Little Sark by a narrow roadway, suspended between two slopes diving towards the sea. The passage concentrates the character of the island: spectacular, slow, without cars, and to be approached with caution when the wind rises.

Sark Henge is a modern circle of stones installed in an open landscape, more point of view than ancient monument. The interest comes from the horizon, the lines of coast and the way the place helps to situate Sark in its maritime environment.

Sark Lighthouse
Sark Lighthouse is won by a walk to the east coast, in an exposed area where cliffs and wind dominate the experience. The lighthouse gives a clear goal to the walk, while highlighting the island's maritime isolation.
