Ouadane
Ouadane preserves the ruins of a ksar installed on the caravan roads of the Sahara. In the vicinity of the region, the concentric reliefs of the Richat provide a very different geological reading, the complete form of which is mainly understood on a large scale. The inclusion of this structure extends the perimeter beyond the city and places special emphasis on safe zoning.
To understand what Wadane is, you have to look at Old Ksar of Ouadane and Richat Structure. These places give us a territory marked by desert areas, mountain reliefs and heritage and allow us to move from emblematic sites to more intimate stages.

For a stay of 2 to 4 days, it is better to balance visits and travel times. Also to be anticipated: security to be read before any displacement; level depends on the perimeter and access retained and time, rates, access and unverified terrain conditions with managers. A car is usually the easiest way to connect the different sectors. However, some sites require more walking, elevation or preparation.

Ancien ksar de Ouadane
Ouadane was a stage of trans-Saharan trade, especially for caravans carrying salt. Its ancient ruins ksar remains legible next to the modern agglomeration; it should not be confused with the immense administrative commune bearing the same name.
Nature
Structure de Richat
Richat is a circular geological structure marked by concentric reliefs near Ouadane. The erosion exposes different rock layers; its famous shape on a large scale does not correspond to an integral panorama guaranteed from a point on the ground.
